Camtec Photo and Fujifilm Canada are pleased to announce a contest and event: “All Around the Wheel”
Montreal and all its beautiful, diverse neighbourhoods played host to the Grand Prix cycliste de Montréal and UCI World Championships this September.
The two-week event reinforced Quebecers' love of cycling, whether for transportation, recreation, or simply getting out for a ride. Local cycling enthusiasts came out to take in the racing, cheer on the riders, and photograph the action.
To celebrate this once-in-a-generation event, Camtec Photo is thrilled to announce the All Around the Wheel Photo Contest.
The theme of the contest is images that capture the action and imagination of this universal sport, along with the family outings it inspires. We're looking for photographs that highlight cycling in all its forms.
Be it a race photo of riders in spandex and Darth Vader-style helmets or a child wobbling through a first tricycle ride, a great photograph can capture the excitement, the drama, and the joy of this most human of activities.

You can participate from today until NOVEMBER 6, 2026.
The results will be announced on NOVEMBER 19, 2026, during our Fujifilm event at the boutique.

The winners will receive the following prizes:
- First Place: A $1000 Camtec Photo gift certificate.
- Second Place: A $500 gift certificate at Camtec Photo gift certificate.
- Third Place: A $250 Camtec Photo gift certificate.
Get out there, take some photos, and send us your best! Make sure your photos follow the theme and are respectful.
Contest rules:
- The All Around the Wheel theme applies to photos that capture the joy of cycling in all its forms.
- Photos taken during the summer or autumn of 2026 are eligible.
- It is important that your photos are respectful.
- The contest is open to all residents of Quebec.
- Photos must be submitted no later than NOVEMBER 6, 2026, at 11:59 PM. Results will be announced on NOVEMBER 19, 2026, during a special Fujifilm event at Camtec Photo, 26 Notre-Dame Street East.
- Each participant can submit up to three photos, in colour or black and white.
- Files must be in JPEG format and have a resolution of at least 4000px on the long side.
- Please include your name, phone number, camera, and lens used for the photo. Also, include the date, time and location.
- Photos must be sent to concours@camtecphoto.com. Yoou will receive a confirmation by email. Make sure your email program does not further compress the image (send "full size," with no additional compression, or use a service like WeTransfer or FromSmash).
- Participants authorize Camtec Photo and Fujifilm Canada to use the submitted images for promotional purposes, only within the context of the contest.
- Submitted images will not be used for any other purpose. The photographer retains sole ownership of their images at all times.
- A jury of three people will determine the contest winners.
- Please indicate whether the image uses the entire frame or is cropped. (This will not affect the judging).
