Bought new at the store and used with care for less than a year, this ultra-wide angle SL lens is in excellent condition. As good as brand new! A great addition to any SL system.
Fast, quiet autofocus and a consistently high aperture, the Super-Vario-Elmarit-SL 14-24mm f/2.8 ASPH. Lens from Leica delivers excellent performance for wide-angle applications such as landscape, reportage, interior, and astro-photography. Three aspherical elements within the lens reduce various optical aberrations and allow the lens to focus light more effectively, thus creating accurate, reliable photo and video content.
Dual Synchro Drive AF
The autofocus system featured in Leica Summicron-SL lenses provides fast and silent focusing performance from 0.28m to infinity. With the combination of a constant aperture of f/2.8 and Leica's Dual Synchro Drive AF, this lens creates visually stunning video and panoramas.
Prevent Stray Light
Sophisticated multi-layer and aqua-dura coatings on the glass surfaces coupled with a fixed metal lens hood help prevent unwanted stray light from entering the lens. Additionally, the lens's aluminum all-metal housing is anodized and protects against dust and moisture.
