The displayed charge is an estimate of costs. If you feel that the shipping charges are unreasonable, (eg: you have ordered a camera strap and are being charged for a piano!), proceed with the order and contact us by email or phone. We will make it right!
- When selecting "Standard" option, we will use either Ground, Purolator Ground, FedEx Express Saver, UPS Standard or Canada Post Expedited Parcel, according to our preference.
- When selecting "Express Service", we will use either Purolator Express, FedEx FedEx 2 Day or Overnight, UPS Expedited or Canada Post ExpressPost, according to our preference.
- If you have a preference regarding the choice of courrier, please say so in the comments and will quote you a new shipping price if need be.
Refund Policy: Please note that we are a small boutique, we don’t have the means to return opened and tried items to the suppliers as they do in big box stores. On the other hand, we invest big efforts and the extent of our knowledge to make sure that the item you are buying is the right item for you. In the event there is a change of heart here are the refunds condition:
New Items: Unopened boxes can be returned for refunds within three days. Opened and tried items within the same three days period: please understand that due to the fact that we can no longer sell an opened and tried items as brand-new, a 15% restocking charges will be applied depending on the condition of the box and item.
In the case of an exchange we will work with you for a mutually accepted compromise.
Used Items: Within three days of purchase: Only shipping cost will be deducted. After three and until seven days: 15% restocking charge plus the shipping cost will be deducted.
Online Orders: Every order is subject to the availability of the items. Every listed items are not necessarily in stock. If an item is no longer available, from Camtec Photo and or from the supplier, the order will be cancelled. We will contact the customer to propose a similar item.
If an error occurs in the pricing of an item, the order will be put on hold and the correct price including an adequate discount will be proposed to the customer.
For orders received online with a credit card payment, we will proceed with the credit card verification. If for any reasons we feel that the verification process is unsatisfactory, it is strictly at ou discretion not to process the order or to demand payment through Bank Transfer or PayPal.
