The 28mm M Summicron, became the gold standard of wide angle performance since Leica designed its very unique and perfectly corrected optical formula.

Compact, fluid and offers great handling. This lens was used with care by an excellent photographer. It shows only slight signs of use, on the edge of the lens hood. Both front and back elements are immaculate.
With outstanding imaging performance at its widest aperture and its remarkably compact dimensions, the Leica Summicron-M 28mm f/2 ASPH is an ideal choice in low light. Maintaining critical sharpness in even the smallest details gives photographs a great feeling of depth. Flare is exceptionally controlled, even in heavily backlit scenes. Because of its large aperture of f/2, it can also be used for selective focus.
