This 28mm Summicron, became the gold standard of wide angle performance since Leica designed it's very unique and perfectly corrected optical formula. Compact (except for the hood), fluid and offering great maneuverability, this lens was used by an avid "Leicaïst", it shows slight signs of use but is in near perfect condition. This lens is of course six-bit coded.

With outstanding imaging performance at its widest aperture and its remarkably compact dimensions, the Leica Summicron-M 28mm f/2 ASPH is an ideal choice in low light. Maintaining critical sharpness in even the smallest details gives photographs a great feeling of depth. Flare is exceptionally controlled, even in heavily backlit scenes. Because of its large aperture of f/2, it can also be used for selective focus.
