Description
The PORTRAIT HELIAR 75mm F1.8 is Voigtländer's first full-frame interchangeable lens with spherical aberration control. It is a large-aperture, manual focus, medium telephoto lens designed exclusively for Sony E-mount mirrorless cameras. The optical design is optimised for Sony’s image sensors and covers the full-frame image circle.

- The lens construction follows the classic HELIAR type: 6 elements in 3 groups.
- Wide maximum aperture of F1.8 for creative depth-of-field control.

- Equipped with electronic contacts for EXIF data transfer (aperture, focal length, etc.).
- Compatible with Sony cameras featuring 5-axis in-body image stabilisation using distance encoder data.
- Focus peaking and magnified viewfinder assist supported via manual focus ring.

- Precision-engineered, all-metal barrel with a diamond-patterned focus ring for excellent grip.
- Silky, dampened manual focusing thanks to a high-precision metal helicoid.
- Aperture control is manual, with a 9-blade diaphragm that produces pleasing bokeh from point light sources.
