Description
The Sirui MS18 is a precision macro focusing rail built around a lead screw mechanism. It carries a camera platform with a rotating Arca-type quick-release clamp. The stage offers 6.69" of travel, and each full turn of the crank moves the camera 1.25mm, allowing very fine positioning. The crank handle folds flat when not in use.
A hollowed-out frame keeps the rail light while still supporting loads up to 22 lb. The underside has an Arca-type dovetail for easy mounting on compatible heads and plates, and four removable rubber-tipped feet let you set the rail directly on a tabletop.
The camera platform is secured with a locking lever, and its Arca-type clamp rotates in 90° increments to four positions. The included quick-release plate has traction pads that stop the camera body from shifting or twisting.
