The light and fast Summicron-M 28 f/2 ASPH. Safari edition expands creative possibilities with its wide-angle field of view and extended close focus distance of 15.75 inches. The durable matt olive-green finish, combined with the accentuated adjustment scales, defines the coveted Safari aesthetic of this limited special edition. Building on the series model, this design variant harnesses the full capabilities of current and future camera sensors, producing images with outstanding contrast and exquisite detail. The compact, lightweight and ergonomic design reflects the familiar M handling, incorporating a lens hood that can be effortlessly screwed on or off in a single motion when needed.
