Description

The Noctilux-M 50 f/0.95 ASPH. is an icon of optics and the world's fastest aspherical lens for full-frame photography. Its extraordinary f/0.95 speed allows shooting in the very lowest light and isolates the subject in an exquisitely soft bokeh with a distinctive focal gradient.

Eight lenses in five groups, including aspherical elements, glass with anomalous partial dispersion and high-refractive-index elements, together with a floating element, deliver exceptional image quality and natural colour and contrast despite the extreme speed, with performance largely retained even in the close-up range.

With resolving power that exceeds the human eye, the Noctilux-M 50 f/0.95 ASPH. exemplifies the creative freedom and powerful imagery of the Leica M-System like virtually no other lens.
