For a Quebecois, escaping the long months of winter is usually done towards Florida. But in February 2023, I chose instead to go to Andalusia, in search of its sweetness, certainly, but above all for its ever-present light and warm tones from sunrise. I loved strolling through the old cities, sometimes Moorish, sometimes Christian, with the distinctly flamenco accent... I'm actually going back there in February 2024.
