Adapter F/MFT permits using Nikon F-mount lenses aboard Micro 4/3 cameras. Perfect manual focus is maintained and, by leaving just one adapter attached to an MFT body, the complete and comprehensive system of Nikon F lenses can be easily and affordably used on MFT camera bodies from Panasonic andOlympus. (In the camera menu, set the function to Shoot Without Lens.)
